About Wellkits
Welcome!

The purpose of Wellkits is to focus on building healthy habits that protect students against many diseases, as well as improving academic and sports performances.
Specifically, we focus on evidence-based medicine to improve sleep, diet, physical activity, and coping with stress. Being well rested, eating healthy foods, regular exercise, and learning how to manage stress helps with weight management, better grades, better sports performance, and boosts the immune system and life-long protection against many diseases including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and even Alzheimer’s Disease.
