Reduce Stress

Make time for activities that you love and spend time with people who make you happy.

  • Treat yourself like you would treat a good friend. Take a deep breath and relax.

  • Perform a random act of kindness

    • Do something nice for others. (Ex: Hold open the door for someone, smile at someone you don’t really know)

  • Pay attention to your feelings and try to identify triggers for happiness, as well as sadness, anger, and stress.

  • Remember that sometimes we need to feel sad or angry to get to a better place.

  • Motion boosts your moods. Go take a walk or dance to some of your favorite songs.
