No screens for at least an hour before bedtime (no phone, TV, computer, tablet, etc.).

NO TECH IN BEDROOM

Buy an alarm clock. Studies show that even when your phone is off, you sleep better if it is in another room.

SET A SLEEP SCHEDULE

FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE

Research has shown that focusing on and envisioning pleasant images while you lay in bed can bring the calm necessary for sleep.

AVOID CAFFEINE

Don't eat caffeinated food or drink caffeinated drinks.
